The Educational Center for Agricultural Product Processing allows students to gain practical experience with the entire chain of activities in the production of a wide range of foods. This includes:
- Principles of agriculture
- Animal and plant production
- Various methods of technological processing of primary raw materials
- Bringing the final product to market
As part of their practical training, students will learn different techniques for processing:
- Meat
- Milk
- Cereals
- Oilseeds
- Fruits
- Vegetables
- Medicinal plants
The comprehensive approach to food production technologies culminates in familiarizing students with analytical evaluation in a sensory laboratory and nutritional counseling.
The Educational Center (also known as the "Food Pavilion") will offer continuous production of high-quality artisanal products. University students will participate in the production as part of their internships, enabling the much-needed connection between quality educational programs and real technological operations.
